Meet Alica!

Alica graduated from barber school on Valentine’s Day in 2023 and has been behind the chair ever since. They chose barbering because it felt like a cool career, and it has turned into something that brings them real joy. They love the mix of creativity and connection that comes with every client who sits in their chair.

Their favorite service is beard work. Beard trims are where they shine. Alica knows how hard it is to shape your own beard in a mirror and believes everyone deserves crisp lines, a relaxing moment, and a little self-care. They bring a calm, confident energy to each appointment and want clients to feel supported from the moment they sit down. If someone is nervous or unsure, they guide them with gentle questions about what they want, reference photos, and what brought them in that day.

Outside of the shop, Alica is usually hanging out with their family and playing soccer with their son. They also love margaritas on the patio, going fishing, and taking a short hike when the weather is not too hot. They bring that same laid-back, welcoming vibe into their work, which helps clients feel comfortable and cared for.
