Cancellation Policy
Reunion Barbershop is a small, appointment based shop. Our barbers’ income depends on the time they set aside to provide services for you. Many of our barbers are booked back to back and often schedule one to two weeks in advance.
When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it prevents us from filling that time and another client loses the opportunity to book a service. To help us respect our barbers’ time and serve as many clients as possible, we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel or modify your appointment through the link in your confirmation text, through the Squire app, through the contact form on our website, or by calling the shop. If you leave a voicemail outside of business hours, we will review it on the next business day and ensure you are not charged.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service.
No Shows and Late Arrivals
Arriving on time helps us keep the shop running smoothly and ensures your barber has enough time to provide the best service possible.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your barber may not be able to complete the service properly and may need to decline the appointment. For shorter services such as buzz cuts or beard trims, arriving more than 5 minutes late may also impact the quality of the service.
Each barber has the discretion to refuse a service if they feel there is not enough time to complete it to their standards.
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service.
